A two-horse race, alongside Manchester City, who have a game in hand, is now anticipated, with Liverpool falling by the wayside following a midweek 2-0 loss to Everton.
Arsenal, who have 77 points, could pick up back-to-back away wins over Tottenham, following a 2-0 win in this exact fixture last season. Achieving this feat would see Arsenal do so for the first time since a run of three away wins over Spurs between 1987 and 1988.
Victory would see Arsenal end the weekend at the top of the table with just three games left to play in the title race.
"Two years in a row we are not satisfied that we want to win it, we are going to do everything we can to win it and if we do win it, we are going to try to win it again," Mikel Arteta said on his side’s Premier League title pursuit.
A 4-3-3 formation with Kai Havertz, who bagged a brace against Chelsea, Saka, and Leandro Trossard is expected in attack against Spurs.
