Sturm Graz Held Scoreless as Sporting CP Secures Victory

A stellar showing by Sporting CP saw them score two goals and shut out Sturm Graz in the Champions League clash at Wörthersee Stadion. The away team secured a dominant 2-0 win to claim victory.

Sporting CP took an early lead when Nuno Santos netted after 23 minutes, assisted by V. Gyökeres, to make it 1-0. Straight after the break, V. Gyökeres found the net himself, increasing the team's lead and sealing the victory.

This result leaves Sturm Graz at the bottom, in 32nd place in the table, while Sporting CP climbs to a commendable third place in their league.
