Salernitana ends four-loss run

Juventus have scored a total of 49 goals in Serie A: 24 at home and 25 away. Salernitana, on the other hand, have netted 28 times: 16 goals at home and 12 goals away.

The Serie A game between Juventus and Salernitana at Allianz Stadium finished 1-1 on Sunday - undoubtedly a relief for Salernitana after enduring four successive defeats.

The match remained goalless until Juventus took the lead in the 27th minute through Niccolò Pierozzi, who scored with an assist from Junior Sambia. However, the equaliser came in extra time when Adrien Rabiot found the net for Juventus, assisted by Manuel Locatelli.

This result extends Juventus' unbeaten streak to six games. Nevertheless, it also marks their fifth consecutive game without a win, having drawn their last five matches, scoring and conceding four goals during this period.

Salernitana, in contrast, have had one draw with three goals for and 12 against in their recent performances. Looking ahead, Juventus will face Bologna away on 20 May and Monza at home on 26 May. Salernitana’s upcoming fixtures include a home game against Hellas Verona on 20 May and an away clash with Milan on 26 May.

Elsewhere in Serie A, Inter triumphed 5-0 against Frosinone, Bologna defeated Napoli 2-0, Milan secured a 5-1 victory against Cagliari, Lazio won 2-0 against Empoli, Genoa edged out Sassuolo 2-1, Torino beat Hellas Verona 2-1, and Atalanta claimed a 2-1 win against Roma.
