Cole Palmer unstoppable as Chelsea beat Brighton & Hove Albion

Chelsea triumphed over Brighton & Hove Albion at home in the Premier League with a thrilling 4-2 victory. The star of the match, Cole Palmer, dazzled fans by scoring all four goals for Chelsea.

Brighton & Hove Albion found the net through Noom Quomah and Georginio Rutter. Rutter gave Brighton a great start by scoring in the 7th minute, thanks to an assist from Carlos Baleba, making it 1-0.

However, Chelsea quickly equalized as Cole Palmer struck in the 21st minute with an assist from Nicolas Jackson. Palmer continued his magic, securing a penalty goal after almost half an hour of play to take the lead for Chelsea.

In an electrifying burst, Palmer completed his hat trick just three minutes later, pushing Chelsea ahead to 3-1. Brighton fought back three minutes after that, closing the gap to 3-2 with a goal from Carlos Baleba.

Yet, Palmer was unstoppable. He scored his fourth goal, with an assist by Jadon Sancho, increasing Chelsea's lead to 4-2 and sealing their comeback. Unfortunately, this marked Brighton's fourth consecutive game without a win.

The win propelled Chelsea to third place in the table, while Brighton holds the eighth position. Brighton's manager, Fabian Hürzeler, remarked, "It was one bad event after another, and they had an unbelievable player."

Praising the night's hero, he added, "There are not many players in the Premier League like him. He is special."

Looking ahead, Chelsea will face Nottingham Forest on 6 October, Liverpool on 20 October, and Newcastle United (home) on 27 October. Brighton & Hove Albion's upcoming matches include Tottenham Hotspur on 6 October, Newcastle United on 19 October, and Wolverhampton Wanderers (home) on 26 October.
