Athletic Club Claims Three Points Against Celta de Vigo with Guruzeta's Double

Athletic Club shocked Celta de Vigo early when Gorka Guruzeta netted in the fourth minute.

Celta de Vigo equalised to make it 1-1 with Iago Aspas scoring a penalty in the 25th minute.

But Athletic Club took the lead again as Gorka Guruzeta found the net with an assist from Álex Berenguer in the 39th minute.

Álvaro Djaló increased Athletic Club's lead, thanks to an excellent assist by Iñaki Williams, in the 80th minute.

By the final whistle, Athletic Club had asserted their dominance with a satisfying 3-1 victory over Celta de Vigo in Sunday's La Liga action at home.

Athletic Club's upcoming La Liga games include Sevilla (home) on 29 September, Girona (away) on 6 October, and Espanyol (home) on 19 October. Meanwhile, Celta de Vigo will face Atlético Madrid (home) on 26 September, Girona (home) on 29 September, and Las Palmas (away) on 5 October.
